Budakpancing: Tipss mabuk laut

Hari ini saya ingin bercerita sedikit pengalaman saya semasa program mencadat sotong tahun lepas, 2010 di Dungun terengganu, rasa seronok memang terasa, tapi semasa perjalanan dengan menaiki boat menuju ke tempat yang hendak di tuju, saya telah mabuk dengan teruknya,
Selepas muntah,, muntah,, muntah terus,,,
Apabila saya bangun kepala terasa berpusing-pusing,,
Apalagi,, muntah juga,,
Jadi di sini saya nak bagi sedikit tips bagaimana hendak mengelakkan dari mabuk laut,,, antaranya

1. Telan pil penahan mabuk
Sesetengah kawan saya kalau hendak pergi memancing ke laut dengan menaiki boat, kawan saya selalu memakan pil penahan mabuk,, walaubagaimanapun sesetengah kawan saya menyarankan agar jangan selalu mengamalkan,, tetapi anda boleh mencuba sejauh mana anda tahan dengan mabuk laut.
2. Jangan lakukan kerja seperti memasang perambut
Apa yang saya maksudkan di sini adalah jangan memasang mata kail, membuat perambut serta membuat sambungan atau apa sahaja perkara yang berkaitan alatan pancing. Sebaiknya anda lakukan sebelum bertolak lagi.
3. Rehat dengan secukupnya
Rancanglah perjalanan anda dengan sebaik mungkin,,sekiranya perjalanan anda jauh dan memakan masa,, sebaik-baiknya pergi beramai – ramai dan bergilir-gilir membawa kenderaan.
4. Jangan makan banyak sebelum bertolak
Apabila kita makan dengan banyak, sampai perut kita tidak dapat menerima makanan lagi, selepas itu menaiki boat,, perut tidak dapat proses atau menghadamkan makanan dengan betul menyebabkan kita akan cepat rasa mual. Sebaiknya makan sedikit sahaja sudah mencukupi.
5. Sediakan ubat-ubatan ringkas
Bagi mengelakkan tekak terasa loya serta air liur terasa pahit, baik anda menyediakan jus limau ke,, gula berangin atau makanan jenis masam. Tidak dilupakan juga minyak angin perlu dibawa, manalah tahu,, anda akan memerlukanya.

Itulah antara cadangan saya kepada anda,, mungkin ia sedikit sebanyak dapat membantu anda untuk trip memancing laut akan datang. Sekiranya anda ada cara lain boleh kongsi sama-sama.
